[Review] Nature Republic Botanical Hyper Liner #2 Brown

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't been updating the site for a while. I was swamped with school work and all that. So today, I'm going to be doing a review on Nature Republic's Botanical Hyper Eyeliner.

I don't have the packaging but this is how the liner looks. The Hyper Eyeliner is one of my all time favorite eyeliner. The eyeliner looks like a thin brush and has a fine tip. The eyeliner that is in picture is in the color, brown. I've had the black color eyeliner as well and they both work really well.  The black color is more bold. I felt like the brown color offer a more subtle and natural look in comparison to the black color.
My eyeliner actually last me about 6 months to my surprise - it worked very well until it ran out. Because the eyeliner has a super fine tip, it was easy to create thin lines as well as thick lines. One of the major reasons this eyeliner is one of my favorites is that it is very versatile. As a pen style eyeliner, it was easy to create sharp ends when I put on the eyeliner. Alongside that, the eyeliner is long lasting even though it is not water proof. For the most part, when I put on the eyeliner, it would last the entire day - even in the humidity of Hawaii. The only thing is, if I were to rub my eyes, the eyeliner would rub off.

Rating: 9/10
Pros: versatile, long lasting, can create thin lines
Cons: comes off if rubbing eyes
Thanks for tuning in and see you next time!

[Review] Nature Republic Provence Gel Eyeliner #3 Burgundy

Nature Republic's gel eyeliner is by far the best gel eyeliner I have ever used. I normally dislike using eyeliner in general, because they usually smudge on me, but Nature Republic's gel liner has the best smudge proof formula in my opinion.
#3 Burgundy
Packaging
It's very simple.
"This pencil-type gel eyeliner allows you to draw a defined line by using soft gel in the pencil."

Price
I believe it's around $10.90 in Hawaii, but I bought it on sale for $4.95

Size
Not sure how long I would compare it to, but it lasts for about 2 to 3 months depending how often you use it. It really takes awhile to get it down to nothing.

Product

The end has a smudger, so you can smudge your eyeliner if you want to. The eyeliner itself is the type you have to sharpen, which I tend to prefer than the one auto gel liners.
The burgundy color isn't too overwhelming like black, and it's something different than using the typical brown color.

Pros:
         - Smudge proof when it sets
         - I don't have to constantly check for smudges
         - Color isn't harsh on the eyes
Cons:
         - You have to buy a sharpener

Recommendations?
- You have to let the eyeliner set, if you touch the eyeliner while it's still setting it will smudge. That's why it comes with a smudger, so you can manipulate it how you want your eyeliner to be like before it dries.

Overall, repurchase?
This by far is the best non smudge eyeliner I have ever use. This is actually my second repurchase of this liner. My only wish is that I could get this in brown too. :'(

Good luck and have fun lovelys

[Review] Nature Republic Provence Gel Eyeliner #4 Plum

Hi my pretties! How are you guys doing this week?

Today, I'm going to review another one of Nature Republic's Provence Gel Eyeliners. This time it's going to be in the color #4 Plum.
As you can probably tell, my favorite color is purple. So, it's a definite must to buy this eyeliner. At first, I didn't think I would be able to pull off a purple eyeliner but as I gradually played with this color, it actually compliments the skin very well.
The color of the eyeliner looks almost brownish - creating a nature look. When applied it has a purple hue. It's currently fall right now (although it's technically summer year round in Hawaii) and this purple eyeliner gives an edgy look but nature look to the eyes. Personally, I am a big fan of the Provence Gel Eyeliner line. I like how easy the eyeliner is to apply and how long lasting it is.
Note: I also have the Provence 3 Magic Step Eyes #4 Plum Burgundy on as the eye shadow base
The Provence Gel Eyeliner cost $9.90 before tax.

Pros: long lasting; unique color; great for Autumn
Cons: color is hard to pull off
Rating: 8/10

Thanks for tuning in and see you next time my pretties!

[Review] The Face Shop Face it Styling Auto Gel Liner

Face it Styling auto gel liner! Wow, that is such a mouth full, or shall I say type full, kekeke.

It's just one of your typical auto eye liner packaging, nothing special about it.
The one thing that amazed me though is that instead of a smudger like other gel liners this one comes with a sharper. You don't need a separate sharpener, but you can't use a normal sharpener either. Unfortunately when I try to sharpen my eyeliner most of the product gets stuck inside and I have to try dig it out with something sharp and it just ends up getting really messy. I'm not sure if I'm using the sharpener wrong but it just doesn't work.
The consistency is really buildable too, the left side is one swipe then the right is three.

Pros:
          - Easy to control
          - Smooth application
          - Buildable
Cons:
          - Smudges
          - Sharpener doesn't work
Repurchase:
          - No, even though it's easy to use the overall result is just messy and just smudges a lot for me. Not sure if it will work for someone else but for me after an hour I see that it smudged under my eyes. Then shortly after purchase the part where you turn to dispense the product broke, wow. Not only does the sharpener not work at all and get messy but I can't even dispense the product.
I don't know the workers at The Face Shop really made it seem like this eyeliner was one of their best sellers but to me, it sucked real bad.

Good luck and have fun lovelies.

[Review] Nature Republic Provence Gel Eyeliner #6 White & #8 Navy

Hi my pretties!
Today's review is going to be about two gel eyeliners from Nature Republic. These gel eyeliners are not the typical color as they are white and dark blue.
Gel Pen Eyeliners
The gel eyeliners come in many colors and while they look unsharpenable, they are actually pretty easy to sharpen. Any makeup sharpeners will do the trick.
At the end of each gel eyeliner is a smudger so you can get a smokey eye look if you like. I find it super handy if I wanted to get a faded/smokey look.
This is how the color looks on my skin
The eyeliners are sparkly and are very pigmented. The colors come out amazing.

How I look without eyeliner
Here, I have on both the navy and the white color. I used the navy blue color to line my eyes and the white color on my lower lash line. The navy color looks pretty dark but gives a little "pop" to the eyes. It almost looks black but has a bluish color to it. The white color highlights the eyes and makes them look bigger.

After a seven hour school day, my eye makeup did not smudge. Although you can't really see it in the picture, the white eyeliner is still on my lower lash line. My favorite thing about this product is that it stays on no matter how humid the weather is. This is definitely something to try if you something bold and different.

Pros: Variety of Colors; High Pigmentation; Sparkly; Long Lasting
Cons: Takes Longer Time to Remove

Oops, I forgot to add that they're $9.90 each in Hawaii.
